Pricing

A plan sized to the bags you run

Pricing depends on the number of licences, centres and modules you need, so every quote is worked out for the centre rather than picked off a list. These are the tiers those quotes are built from.

Three tiers, quoted per centre

Every centre is licensed differently, so the tier sets what is included and the quote sets what it costs.

Starter

Custom quote

One licence running the whole floor, with the statutory registers included from day one.

Network

Custom quote

For several licences or storage centres that need one view of tested stock across all of them.

How a quote is worked out

What the number depends on

Four figures decide it. If you have these to hand we can usually quote on the first call.

How many licences

One drug licence or several. A network of storage centres under one licence is priced differently from separate licences.

Bags a month

Roughly how many bags go through Bag Entry in a month. This is the main driver.

Which modules

Analyser integration, ABHA lookup, NABH indicators, the API and RAKT AI are priced on top of the core floor workflow.

How many people sign in

Counter staff, technicians, medical officers and the quality manager. Camps run on RAKT Pass do not each need a seat.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the four figures above change the number by more than a list price would tell you. A single-licence centre running four hundred bags a month and a network of six storage centres sharing tested stock are not the same product, and quoting one price for both would mean overcharging one of you. Send the four figures — licences, bags a month, modules, people signing in — and the quote usually comes back on the first call.

What actually governs what we pay?

The Quote. Under the SaaS terms your subscription runs until the last Quote ends, and the Quote together with the documents it lists is the entire agreement, so anything agreed on a call that matters should appear on it before you sign. The tiers on this page describe what is included; the Quote is what binds. Read the terms.

How do we pay, and what are the payment terms?

Card, UPI or net banking, processed by Razorpay. Due dates are set on your Quote. Worth knowing before procurement rather than after: the terms allow a licence to be terminated if a payment runs more than fourteen days past its due date, which in practice means a delayed government sanction is a conversation to have with us early rather than a surprise.

Are migration and training charged on top?

Migration and staff training are part of go-live rather than an afterthought. We import donor records, donation history, deferrals and current stock, match your existing register formats before go-live, and most migrations finish inside two to four weeks with training included. The Network tier also includes custom onboarding. Whether any of it appears as its own line depends on the scope, and it is itemised on the Quote rather than folded in.

What happens to the price if we add a centre or a module later?

It is re-quoted on the same four drivers, so adding a licence, a storage centre, analyser integration, the API or RAKT AI changes the number and nothing else about your setup. The core floor workflow — Bag Entry through Issue, with the statutory registers — is in every tier, so growing never costs you something you already had.

Can we get a refund if it does not work out?

In defined cases, and they are worth reading before you buy rather than after. A technical fault that stops you using RAKT and is not resolved within fourteen days qualifies, as does a renewal charged by accident if you tell us within seven days. A change of mind, part-used subscription time, or a renewal nobody cancelled in time does not. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. The full policy.

If we leave, do we get our data?

All of it, in standard formats — CSV and the PDF registers — whenever you ask, not only on the way out. Your records sit on infrastructure in India, encrypted in transit and at rest, logically separated from every other centre. There is no lock-in beyond the software being worth keeping. Where your data lives.

Not sure which fits?

Tell us how many bags a month you handle, which components you prepare, how many licences you hold and what you run on today. We will tell you honestly which tier fits, including if RAKT is not the right fit for you.
