Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered in the following scenarios:
1. A technical issue that prevents you from using the software and cannot be resolved by our support team within 14 days.
2. Accidental charges for subscription renewals, provided the request is made within 7 days of the charge.
3. Other valid reasons approved at the discretion of the RAKT team.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
1. Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
2. Partial usage of the subscription period.
3. Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
